Product Introduction
This high-voltage cable system insulation fault locator integrates burn-through capability with an intelligent bridge. The burn-through function delivers a maximum output voltage of 60kV and a short-circuit current of 600mA, rapidly converting high-residual-voltage cable faults into low-resistance faults. The intelligent bridge supports a maximum current of 600mA, making it ideal for pre-locating insulation faults in high-voltage, large-cross-section, and long-length cables. The high current significantly enhances the accuracy of fault distance measurement.

I. Full-Touch Large-Screen Color LCD Display:
Embedded with high-precision digital detection and control technology, it captures and displays real-time high-voltage and current values. It implements triple limits for maximum voltage, maximum current, and peak power, along with multiple safety protections including automatic high-temperature alarms and misoperation alerts.
2. Burn-Through Function:
   ◆ Displays real-time current and voltage test values with curve plotting;
   ◆ Shows voltage preset values as percentages;
   ◆ Displays measured resistance values;
   ◆ Indicates power-on duration.
III. Bridge Function:

  ◆ Offers two testing methods: known cable total length or known cable cross-sectional area. Input cable length or cross-sectional area for one-button automatic testing without manual intervention, with direct result display. Output automatically shuts off after testing.
Compared to the wave reflection time domain method, the MOEORW-9560 Intelligent Cable Fault Locator Bridge is particularly suitable for:
1. Locating high-resistance breakdown points in installed cables, especially linear high-resistance breakdown points that are difficult to burn down to low resistance, such as linear high-resistance breakdown at cable joints (primarily caused by substandard joint fabrication. Under high voltage, only leakage and arcing occur without breakdown discharge).
2. Identifying breakdown points in short cables or near cable terminations, as the high-voltage bridge balancing method has no testing blind zones.
3. Performing measurements only requires uniformity in the resistance of the cable's phase conductors. This is particularly advantageous for cables with poor traveling wave transmission characteristics, such as PVC low-voltage cables with high dielectric loss.

(7) Burning/bridge mode switching employs a high-voltage electronic switch, eliminating the need for manual mechanical switching. Operation is simple and reliable. In the corresponding working mode, the LCD screen displays relevant wiring instructions to prevent misoperation and facilitate user operation.
(8) Test and control data between the high-voltage and low-voltage control units are transmitted via optical fiber. This eliminates the need to place the entire operating interface and LCD screen at high potential, significantly enhancing user safety during operation.
