Overview
This device is a multifunctional electrical measurement instrument calibration system designed in accordance with the requirements of JJG124-2005 “Verification Regulations for Ammeters, Voltmeters, Power Meters, and Ohmmeters,” JJG 596-1999, and JJG 307-2006. The core technology of the device's meter section employs a high-precision power frequency AC signal acquisition system composed of a digital signal processor (DSP) and a 16-bit high-speed analog-to-digital converter. The signal source section utilizes a controllable sine wave and distorted waveform signal generator built with a DSP and a 16-bit high-speed digital-to-analog converter.
The device features high accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and convenient and flexible handling.
2.1 Capable of semi-automatic or manual verification of fundamental errors in various power frequency meters within electrical systems (voltmeters, ammeters, wattmeters, frequency meters, power factor meters, phase meters), as well as alterations caused by influencing factors such as voltage, current, waveform, and power factor.
2.2 The power supply section can generate distorted waves containing harmonics from the 2nd to the 31st order. The number of harmonics, their order, amplitude, and phase relative to the fundamental wave can all be controlled via programming.
2.3 The power amplifier operates within a bandwidth of 40Hz to 1kHz with excellent linearity. The current amplifier functions as a constant current source, while the voltage amplifier serves as a constant voltage source. Due to its lightweight design, this device is particularly suitable for field calibration applications.
2.4 Equipped with a USB interface. Through host computer software (optional), the device can be controlled by a computer to perform automatic or manual testing, with results processed and managed.
2.5 Equipped with a large-capacity non-volatile memory, it can store raw test data from 300 calibrated meters for review and upload.
2.6 Capable of calibrating electricity meters at load points or user-selected points.
