Product Overview

    MOEORW-5086KC is an independent multi-channel on-line monitoring device designed for medium-voltage switchgear. It adopts UHF, TEV and AA sensing technologies to realize synchronous detection of partial discharge signals, supporting POE power supply and non-intrusive installation. Equipped with PRPD/PRPS spectrum analysis and phase correlation algorithm, it accurately identifies insulation defects and reduces false alarms.

  3. Simple field installation Magnetic‑mount TEV/UHF/AA sensors require no primary‑equipment modification. Split‑type HFCT installs on cable ground wire. IP65~IP68 protection, wide temperature range for harsh environments.

Algorithm & Alarm

  1. Anti‑interference by phase‑correlation judgment Alarms trigger only when PD signals have power‑frequency phase correlation together with amplitude/pulse threshold violation, effectively suppressing false alarms from electromagnetic noise.
  2. Pattern freeze & configurable parameters Automatically locks PD patterns on alarm for fault traceback. Supports per‑channel configuration of warning thresholds, trigger levels and AD calibration for site background noise adaptation.

Software & Integration

  1. Embedded Web UI Browser‑based access, real‑time visualization of PRPD, PRPS, amplitude, pulse count and alarm status, no client needed.
  2. Open interfaces Modbus‑RTU and private TCP protocol support data reading, parameter configuration and remote reboot for SCADA connection and secondary development.
