MESFQ-81-10kVA/150Hz Inductive Withstand Voltage Test Set utilizes the saturation characteristics of magnetic circuits to extract the third harmonic voltage—the largest harmonic component—as the generator's power source. It performs frequency and voltage multiplication tests on inter-turn, inter-section, and inter-layer insulation of inductive coil-type electrical products to evaluate the coil's insulation strength and withstand voltage level.
Comprising a three-phase five-column transformer (or three single-phase transformers), a single-phase voltage regulator, and a control unit. Depending on user requirements, the configuration may be integrated or split-type with sliding sections.
1. Widely used for double-frequency induction withstand voltage tests on voltage transformers;
2. Conducts phase-by-phase double-frequency induction withstand voltage tests on power transformers;
3. Performs double-frequency induction withstand voltage tests on other induction coil-type electrical products.
