Product Overview
The complete solution consists of four interoperable functional test assemblies. The MOEORW‑WDT65 voltage‑detector checking unit caters to 10kV‑330kV voltage detectors (custom‑built variants for 500kV are available). Three‑segment extendable insulating supports assess pick‑up voltage thresholds and anti‑interference performance; every insulating support assembly survives 640kV / 5‑minute dielectric withstand trials.
The dedicated test cradle accommodates insulating rods rated 10kV‑750kV with freely‑adjustable electrode gaps. For rods ≤220kV, dwell time lasts 1‑minute; for specimens ≥330kV, testing extends to 3‑minutes. Test units pass assessment if no breakdown, surface flash‑over or thermal over‑heating arises.
The central control unit features six independent leakage‑current measuring channels, supporting both manual‑triggered and auto‑run test sequences. It renders live measurement figures on LCD display, supports on‑site report hardcopy, and incorporates protective triggers against over‑voltage and over‑current events.
YD‑series high‑voltage test transformers serve as the high‑energy power source. Single‑function AC‑output and dual‑mode AC/DC versions are offered. Units can run independently or be cascaded to execute AC withstand and DC leakage‑current measurement assignments.
Application
Test‑subject portfolio includes 10kV‑330kV high‑voltage voltage detectors, multi‑grade insulating operating sticks, insulating gloves, rubber‑made insulating boots and insulating mats. End‑user groups comprise power supply administrations, substations, live‑operation crews, third‑party electrical‑testing laboratories, captive‑power industrial plants and electrical‑engineering institutes.
This platform handles biannual / yearly preventive performance audits for protective hardware, factory acceptance checks for newly‑produced insulating apparatus, and performance validation for ageing field‑deployed equipment.
Regulatory‑oriented engineering: Every hardware component complies with national power‑sector norms. Output test documentation gains recognition from official power‑sector inspection authorities.
Robust safety safeguards: Integrated ground‑linkage interlocks, zero‑voltage lock‑out mechanism plus automatic tripping for over‑voltage / over‑current conditions effectively lower electric‑shock risks for field operators.
Broad‑range voltage adaptability: Telescopic support structures plus modifiable electrode separation enable one‑unit coverage for mainstream 10kV‑330kV protective tooling.
Field‑friendly deployable layout: Fitted with transport casters and detachable insulating sub‑assemblies, the whole system occupies limited footprint and simplifies relocation and storage.
Long‑life corrosion‑resistant build: Insulating tubes resist dust ingress, moisture penetration and acid‑alkali erosion. Metal electrodes receive anti‑rust finishing to extend service cycles.
Decoupled‑module practicality: The voltage‑detector tester suits two mainstream detector formats with simplified wiring work. The insulating‑rod cradle reliably stabilizes long‑length work‑pieces. The main controller enables six‑sample concurrent testing with automated workflows and dataset preservation. Light‑weight transformers support cascading set‑ups for ultra‑high‑voltage evaluation scenarios.
