Product Overview
The MOEORW-6840C ladder static load testing machine is a comprehensive mechanical test system developed in accordance with DL/T 976-2017 and DL/T 1476-2023 power safety tool pre-test specifications. It is specially designed for preventive mechanical performance tests of climbing tools including bamboo ladders, wooden ladders, aluminum alloy ladders, composite ladders, as well as personal protective equipment such as safety belts, safety ropes, self-locking devices and buffers. The equipment adopts an integrated servo test platform with built-in control operation box, servo motor steel wire rope loading structure and electrically adjustable ladder support frame. It realizes full-automatic static load tension test, with real-time force curve recording, automatic timing load holding, data storage and report printing functions, which can accurately judge whether electric power safety tools meet national standard requirements for safe use.
