Overview
The direct resistance of transformer is a must-measure item in transformer manufacturing, including semi-finished products, finished products leaving the factory,, overhaul, changing tap switch, handover test and preventive test of power department. It can check the welding quality of winding joints and whether there is inter-turn short circuit the winding, and detect whether the contact of each position of voltage tap switch is good, whether the actual position of tap switch is consistent with the indicated position, whether there is break in the lead out wire, and whether there is broken wire in the multi-strand conductor. In order to meet the needs of rapid measurement of transformer direct resistance, our company developed a direct resistance measuring instrument. This instrument adopts brand-new power supply technology and has the characteristics of small size, light weight, large output current, good repeatability, strong-interference ability and perfect protection function. The whole machine is controlled by high-speed single chip microcomputer, with high degree of automation, and has the functions of automatic discharge discharge alarm. The instrument has high test accuracy, simple operation, and can realize rapid measurement of transformer direct resistance.
1. The instrument can be used with Android phones or tablets, follow the official WeChat account, download the dedicated APP, and control instrument throughout the test process through dedicated software, with test data storage and upload for easy review.
2. The instrument has a maximum output voltage of 24V, which convenient for selecting a larger test current when the resistance is high, improving the test speed.
3. The instrument adopts a new power supply technology, with multiple current positions and a range of measurement, which can automatically select the current according to the load, suitable for the direct current resistance measurement of small and medium-sized transformers and voltage transformers.
4. It has multiple protection functions such as back-EMF impact, disconnection during the test, power failure, and power overheating, which can reliably protect the instrument from the of back-EMF and alarm synchronously with sound.
5. It has the function of arbitrary temperature conversion for copper and aluminum materials, and can touch input any winding and conversion temperature.
6. Intelligent power management technology, the instrument always works at the minimum power state, effectively saving energy and reducing heat.
7. Seven-inch-brightness touch color LCD, clear display under strong light, full touch screen operation, and free switching between Chinese and English.
8. The instrument has a built-in calendar clock and power-off storage, which can store 1000 sets of test data and can be viewed at any time.
9. The instrument has Bluetooth communication RS232 communication, and USB interface, which are used for computer communication and U disk data storage.
It comes with a built-in panel-type miniature printer, can print the measurement results in English.
