Overview
Power systems, factories, mines, and enterprises all contain a large number of electrical equipment with oil-filled insulation. Dielectric strength testing of insulating oil is a mandatory routine test. To meet the rapidly evolving needs of the power industry, our company has introduced an enhanced version of its existing series of fully automatic insulating oil dielectric strength testers. The new MEJYC-80SF Insulating Oil Dielectric Strength Tester incorporates features such as standard and method selection, simplifying user operation and facilitating adaptation to diverse application conditions. This product is designed and manufactured in accordance with the new test regulations DL/T 596-2005, the corresponding national standard GB/T 507-2002, and DL/T 429.9-91. It employs microcontroller-based single-chip computer control, fully automated electromechanical integration, and high measurement accuracy. This significantly enhances work efficiency while substantially reducing the labor intensity for personnel.
1. This series of instruments features an integrated design capable of continuously testing oil samples in corresponding cup quantities based on model specifications. Utilizing microcontroller-based single-chip computer control, the unit automatically performs a series of operations including settling, voltage application, agitation, average value calculation, data display, data storage, and printing. It also measures ambient temperature and humidity. The instrument conducts oil withstand voltage cycle tests within the 0-80kV range.
2. Features an 800×480 large-screen color touchscreen LCD display with an internal backlight system for clear visibility even at night. Includes 13 built-in test standards, 6 test methods, and customizable parameters for operators to select and configure. Testers can choose the appropriate method based on actual conditions. Equipped with a thermal printer offering high-quality prints and low noise.
3. Simple operation: Operators need only input basic commands per instructions, and the instrument automatically completes withstand voltage tests according to preset parameters. Each breakdown voltage value is automatically stored. Upon test completion, activating the printer outputs breakdown voltage values and averages for each oil cup.
4. This instrument offers strong adaptability for both laboratory and outdoor field use. It features robust anti-interference capabilities, enabling normal operation even in strong electromagnetic field environments. It is highly suitable for departments with large oil sample volumes and tight testing schedules.
5. The instrument incorporates overvoltage, overcurrent, and limit protection devices, absolutely ensuring the safety of both the instrument itself and the operator under normal usage conditions.
6. The instrument provides 10 voltage rise rates for selection based on different test requirements.
