The MOEORW-9600X cart-mounted cable fault testing system represents our company's long-term commitment to the field of power cable fault testing. Designed to meet the rapid development of the power industry, it integrates traditional, standalone units—including cable fault locators, integrated power frequency high-voltage power supplies, multiple pulse generators, and automatic discharge devices—into a highly compact, cart-mounted system. The distance measurement unit is embedded within the cart, featuring a compact and safe high-voltage design with built-in units offering strong anti-interference capabilities. This system is used for measuring the distance of various faults in power cables. The testing software automatically identifies and reads fault distances, truly enabling lightweight, simple, efficient, and safe cable fault testing, providing convenience for rapid power cable fault testing.
I. Purpose
The MOEORW-9600X is a portable intelligent cable fault testing system featuring a cart-based structure. Its primary functions include:
- Testing cable fault distances in conjunction with the cart-based cable fault testing system using:
TDR low-voltage pulse method, ICE pulse current method, MIM multiple-pulse method.
- Enabling precise cable fault location when paired with a high-precision locator.
Through continuous development and innovation, the product features the following characteristics:
• Built-in three-stage capacitors for testing various main insulation faults in power cables across different voltage levels.
• Rapid voltage ramp-up with high power output, saving time and reducing labor costs.
• Touchscreen control system for the power frequency high-voltage power supply unit enables user-friendly interaction with intuitive, simplified displays.
• Equipped with a 25m test lead for convenient cable fault testing in distant, close-range, and complex environments.
• Entire unit designed to European standards, featuring a permission key for high-voltage activation by qualified personnel.
• Integrated ground loop and step voltage monitoring protection system ensures real-time safeguarding of equipment and personnel.
• Emergency stop button and automatic discharge function enable safe, reliable pressure reduction during emergency stops or shutdowns.
• High-voltage output supports single-pulse and continuous-pulse modes, compatible with cart-mounted cable fault locators and precision locators for fault point identification.
