Product Overview
     The MEDN-3T Three-Phase Electricity Meter Calibration Device features a premium aluminum alloy housing paired with a removable aluminum alloy meter mounting bracket. Designed for testing all types of three-phase electricity meters rated Class 1.0 and below, it combines an elegant and stylish appearance with meticulous craftsmanship, comprehensive functionality, and outstanding performance—sure to meet your expectations.

1. Instrument Features
1) Integrated meter-source design incorporates a built-in 0.05-class three-phase wide-range multifunction digital standard meter. All electrical parameters of the standard meter can be read via software.
2) Utilizes the latest DDS technology, 36,000-point waveform synthesis technology, large-scale CPLD, and a 32-bit embedded system. The signal source output features high stability, fine adjustment, and low distortion.
3) Features a 7-inch color touchscreen LCD with the latest RAM system, displaying comprehensive information including three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, and apparent power. Also displays power vector diagrams, waveform analysis charts, and other functions.
4) Incorporates a compact, high-efficiency PWM digital power amplifier with over 90% efficiency and a 300kHz carrier frequency, offering low distortion, minimal heat generation, and high efficiency.
5) Comprehensive protection functions include voltage short-circuit alarm, current open-circuit alarm, and overload alarm.
6) Built-in high-stability temperature-compensated crystal oscillator outputs 500KHz high-precision pulses for testing electricity meter clocks. When paired with meter calibration management software, it can measure daily timing errors, time-of-use switching errors, etc. (Optional feature)
7) Equipped with a 485 communication interface to perform various communication tests on multifunction meters. (Optional feature)
8) Capable of automatic meter calibration without a computer via built-in protocols, storing data for over 10,000 meters.
9) Features a USB port for automatic firmware upgrades via flash drive, exporting stored data, and direct device operation with an external mouse.
