In order to adapt to different voltage levels different capacities of power equipment, we manufacture various specifications of power frequency voltage test transformers and their complete sets of devices. Users can choose according to their needs.
From the form, it can be divided into: single-phase iron shell type, single-phase iron shell cascade type, single-phase insulation tube shell type and single-phase insulation tube type. The single-phase iron shell type is generally suitable for occasions with low voltage capacity and easy to carry or fixed with high voltage capacity, but with low requirements for partial discharge the single-phase insulation tube type is generally suitable for occasions with high requirements for partial discharge; the voltage is not very high, and it is used relatively fixed. Single-phase tube type and cascade type are mainly suitable for occasions with high requirements for partial discharge, high voltage, large capacity or large voltage capacity and easy to carry. The above four models are for users to choose according to different requirements.
Application
This resistor is used as a protection resistor in the test transformer circuit to prevent the overvoltage and overcurrent generated by the discharge of the specimen from damaging the test transformer.
Structure
The insulation skeleton is wound with resistance wire, and the outer surface is coated with resin. Connecting frame I, connecting II, and two equipotential rings are respectively fixed at both ends of the resistor body with bolts. When connecting the system, connect the capacitive divider to connecting frame I the test transformer to connecting frame II.

8. Automatic timing function. When the voltage automatically rises to the set value, the equipment automatically starts timing, and when the timing is up, the test result is displayed, and the equipment automatically returns to zero;
9. Manual timing function, manual control, the timer can be manually started, when the voltage time is up, the equipment automatically returns to zero;
10. Manual control mode, this mode is similar to the traditional electric rise/fall voltage method, rise/ is controlled by the button, the equipment automatically judges the upper/lower limit position, and has overvoltage protection;
11. The speed of voltage rise is intelligently controlled when the voltage reaches 80% of the target voltage, the speed of voltage rise will automatically slow down, when it reaches 90% of the target voltage, the of voltage rise will further slow down;
12. The combination of hard and software anti-interference technology is adopted, the performance is stable, and the anti-inter ability is strong.
