Product Overview

   This testing machine is suitable for dynamic and static bending tests of various materials such as insulated poles, bottle holders, insulating pipe materials,ular composites, and ladders. It is based on GB/T 2611-2022 "General Technical Requirements for Testing Machines" and DLT 976-2017 "Preventive Test Code for Tools, Devices, and Equipment for Live Working".

   Equipment composition: control console equipment frame, electrical control module, servo loading system, and accessories, etc.

Features

1. Computer control, software can display test curves in real time. The test scheme is programmable, with multi-stage, multi-functional, multi-way control methods.
2. It can automatically measure the bending disturbance of materials and products.
3. The adjustable test frame can adjust the test length from 500 to 5500mm according to different products. The ladder can be placed flat or vertically for testing. Equipped with a 1-4 point tension balancing device, it can test the support of 110kV and above.
4. Perfect overheating, overcurrent, leakage protection functions and sound and light warning functions. It has an emergency stop program to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
5. Network interface, which can be connected to the internal cloud platform through the interface, incorporated into the test management system, and achieve data communication.
