1. The safety tool mechanical performance test device developed by our company, model MEZN-Z-6810S, meets the requirements the State Grid Corporation of China's "Preventive Test Procedures for Electric Power Safety Tools" (State Grid Development [2002] No. 77). It completes various preventive mechanical performance tests according to the "Procedures" and is widely applicable to safety and high-altitude tools in the power, postal, and construction.

This machine consists of two parts: a testing display and a power device (such as a safety helmet test bench). The testing display part is of a pull-pressure sensor, a control keyboard, a liquid crystal display, a micro printer, a manual button, etc. The keyboard uses a thin film light touch key, is easy to use and has a good hand feel. The LCD display is an English menu style, and the operator can select the corresponding name menu according to the test object. When test results need to be printed, the test report can be printed for easy filing and inspection.
The machine is equipped with two sensor interfaces, and the 3KN and 20KN sensors are used for testing safety tools. The safety helmet test is a dedicated test for safety helmets. The two sensors can be used separately or simultaneously. It can meet the of different usage environments and work requirements, with stable performance and accurate test results.
