Overview

In accordance with relevant regulations including DL/T 2157-2020 Testing System for Live-Working Tools, DL/T 976-2017 Preventive Testing Procedures for Live-Working Tools, Devices, and Equipment, and DL/T 1476-2023 Preventive Testing Procedures for Power Safety Tools, this testing system conducts static load preventive tests on pole-climbing footrests/ and climbing boards to determine compliance with standards.
This foot strap and climbing board static load tester consists of a servo test platform and loading device. Featuring an integrated design with an embedded control operation box, it facilitates operation while saving laboratory space. The system employs a servo motor driving a lead screw to control the loading device for static load testing of pole-climbing foot straps/climbing boards. This control method saves time and effort. The entire equipment boasts advantages such as light weight, high automation, low noise, and stable, reliable control.
