Product Overview
MOEORW-6860 herringbone ladder spread limiting strength testing machine is developed in compliance with DL/T 2157-2020, DL/T976-2017, DL/T1476-2023 and other power industry standards. It is specially designed for static load preventive test on the spread limiting structure of electric power herringbone ladders to judge whether the ladder meets safety test standards.
The equipment adopts an integrated all-in-one structure, with built-in control operation box to save laboratory space. It uses servo motor pulling steel wire rope for horizontal spreading loading, and electric lifting support for ladder fixing. The whole system consists of static load test bench and main control console, matched with complete test fixtures. The built-in Linux core control software runs on Windows 10 touch screen terminal, supports Ethernet data interconnection, automatic test operation, real-time force curve display, result judgment and thermal printing of test reports, which realizes full-automatic standardized preventive test of power safety ladders.
