Product Overview
MOEORW-XN10 wire torsion testing machine is a horizontal motor-driven torsion test equipment, designed for metal wire torsion performance testing of bars and wires with diameter 1–10 mm, including steel bars, aluminum rods, copper rods, copper alloy wires and other metal wires.
It conducts one-way or two-way alternating torsion tests on specimens: the sample rotates uniformly around its own axis to preset torsion turns, then reverses rotation for identical cycles or stops when the wire fractures. Axial tensile force is applied via counterweight weights to simulate real service stress. The touch screen intuitively displays real-time torsion turns and test data.
By completing specified torsion cycles, users can evaluate the material's plastic deformation resistance and observe surface defects generated during torsion, which is core testing for metal wire material quality inspection.
