Overview
The high-pressure infusion pump is an analytical HPLC high-pressure infusion pump developed by our company for high-performance liquid chromatography systems, featuring independent intellectual property rights.
In addition to the high-pressure infusion pump, a high-performance liquid chromatography system comprises a detector, high-pressure injection valve, HPLC column, and data processing system (recorder, integrator, or workstation). In addition to supplying high-pressure liquid pumps, our company provides complete HPLC systems and other HPLC components. This includes additional HPLC system parts such as UV detectors, high-pressure injectors (valves), and chromatography workstations.
Introduction
Featuring a CPU-controlled reciprocating dual-plunger tandem pump head and patented “floating plunger seal ring” technology, this system delivers two critical functions: ① Automatic purging and ② Automatic cleaning. This significantly extends the service life of plungers and seals. Multiple pump head types—analytical, semi-preparative, and preparative—are available for user selection. The externally mounted pump head facilitates easy component replacement and maintenance. Complete pre-cleaning functionality facilitates rapid solvent changes. The superior self-priming check valve design, combined with the advanced “floating pump plunger seal ring” technology, ensures minimal pressure fluctuation (less than 10 psi) across the flow range of 0.001 mL/min to 10.000 mL/min, making it one of the pumps with the lowest pressure fluctuation globally. Features flow system error compensation, high/low pressure protection, and alarm functions. The RS-485 external communication interface allows external control via a workstation, which can display various parameters during pump operation in real time.
1. Stable flow rate with minimal pressure fluctuation
2. Complete gradient mixing and stable baseline
3. Automatic purge and automatic cleaning functions
• The high-pressure infusion pump is a dual-plunger series reciprocating infusion pump with high flow accuracy;
• Utilizing stepper motor microstepping control technology ensures smooth and precise motor operation at low speeds, enhancing the accuracy and repeatability of analytical results at low flow rates. This effectively guarantees the stability of the high-pressure gradient system and mobile phase composition at lower flow rates;
• The floating guide piston rod installation, combined with carefully selected high-quality piston rods and seals, ensures long-term delivery stability and durability of the high-pressure pump;
• Dual correction functions for mobile phase compression factor and flow rate accuracy compensate for flow rate errors within ±15% based on solvent system variations, guaranteeing exceptional flow rate precision;
• External control via RS-485 enables convenient access to a high-precision binary high-pressure gradient system, while also supporting mobile phase flow rate gradients to meet diverse production and research requirements;
• Real-time pressure monitoring display, high-pressure limit, and low-pressure limit alarm functions ensure operational safety;
• High-flow solvent replacement function reduces solvent exchange time and enhances work efficiency;
• Features an OLED display module for an intuitive human-machine interface and flexible operation.
