Overview
In the preventive test of electrical equipment insulation, it is required to regularly measure the insulation oil parameters of electrical equipment. The measurement of insulation dissipation factor and resistivity is an important one, and for a long time, the bridge method has been used for measurement, which is cumbersome to operate and the measurement accuracy is affected by factors, resulting in large measurement errors. With the rapid development of electronic technology and the requirements of the power industry for small size, light weight, convenient operation, rapid measurement and high of measuring instruments, our company has developed a high-precision integrated insulation oil dissipation factor and direct resistance tester which is leading in China according to the national standard GB/T654-2007/IEC 60247-2004 "Measurement of relative permittivity, dissipation factor and direct resistance of insulating materials" and referring to the relevant instruments at home and abroad.

2. The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure that conforms to GB/T5654-007, with a 2mm electrode spacing, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage current on the test results of dielectric loss.
3. The uses medium-frequency induction heating, which has the advantages of non-contact between the oil cup and the heating body, uniform heating, fast speed, and convenient control, ensuring that temperature is strictly controlled within the preset temperature error range.
4. It contains a standard capacitor, whose dielectric loss and capacitance are not affected by the ambient temperature and humidity ensuring that the instrument's accuracy is still guaranteed after long-term use.
5. Large-screen color touch screen, convenient human-machine dialogue, simple and clear operation and easy to understand.
6. It has a reminder function such as opening the lid to cut off high voltage and short-circuiting the high and low voltage electrodes of oil cup, eliminating potential safety hazards and ensuring the personal safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment.
7. It has a built-in real-time clock, and test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed with the test results.
8. Automatically store measurement data, can store 100 sets of measurement data and the thermal printing speed is fast.
9. It has the function of calibrating with an empty electrode cup.
10. Calibration data is automatically saved to precise calculation of relative capacitance and direct resistivity.
