The measurement of DC resistance is a must-measure item in the manufacture of transformers, mutual inductors, reactors, electromagnetic operating mechanisms and other inductive coils for semi-finished products, finished products, factory tests, installation, handover tests, and preventive tests in the power department, which can effectively detect manufacturing defects as material selection, welding, loose connection parts, missing turns, and broken wires, as well as hidden dangers that may exist during operation. In order to meet the needs of rapid resistance measurement of inductive coils, our company has developed a DC resistance tester by taking advantage of its own technical advantages. This instrument adopts brand-new power supply technology and has characteristics of small size, light weight, wide test range, strong anti-interference ability, perfect protection functions, and large-screen color LCD display. The whole machine is controlled a single-chip microcomputer, which automatically completes self-inspection and data processing, and has the functions of automatic discharge and discharge indication. The instrument has high test accuracy, operation, and can achieve rapid measurement of DC resistance.
