Overview
This machine can efficiently remove moisture, gases, and impurities from insulating oil, improving the oil's pressure resistance and quality, ensuring safe operation of electrical equipment. It is mainly used by power departments and industrial and mining enterprises to process substandard transformer oil, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, etc. the oil filter is working, the polluted oil enters the heater through the entrance under the action of atmospheric pressure vacuum suction. The heated oil enters the primary filter, where large of impurities are filtered out. Then, the oil enters the vacuum separator and flows through a special diffusion device. This diffusion device generates a huge surface area for the oil per unit, exposing the polluted oil to a low relative humidity atmosphere, thus removing water, air, and gases from the oil. The evaporated water vapor and the mixed gas formed the gases are condensed into liquid through the water tank and cooler and enter the water storage tank together. The remaining gas is vacuumed out. The oil from which the water is removed input into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to remove the fine particle impurities, which is then purified oil, completing a purification process. Depending on the amount of water, multiple cycles are required to completely remove the water.
