Overview

    The MOEORW-4700C dielectric loss tester is a high-precision testing instrument for measuring the tangent of dielectric loss and capacitance of various high-voltage power equipment on site or in the laboratory, such as power plants and substations. The instrument has an integrated structure and is with a built-in dielectric loss test bridge, a variable frequency adjustable voltage power supply, a step-up transformer, and an SF6 high-stability standard capacitor. The-voltage test source is generated by an inverter inside the instrument, and after being stepped up by the transformer, it is used for testing the sample under test. The frequency can changed to 45.0Hz, 50.0Hz, 55.0Hz, 47.5Hz\52.5Hz,45.0Hz\55.0Hz, 60.0Hz, 65.0Hz, 57.5Hz\62.5, 55.0Hz\65.0Hz. Digital notch technology is used to avoid the interference of the power frequency electric field to the test, fundamentally solving the of accurate measurement under strong electric field interference. It is also suitable for the occasions where all power is cut off and the test is conducted by the generator. This instrument can be paired an insulation oil cup temperature control device to test the insulation oil dielectric loss.

Multiple modes
The instrument can be tested using various methods such as internal high voltage, external high voltage, internal standard, external standard, direct connection method, reverse connection method, and selfexcitation method. In the case of external standard external high voltage direct connection method, it can perform high voltage (greater than 10kV) medium loss.

CVT reverse connection shielding method to measure C0
The instrument can use the reverse connection shielding method to measure the medium loss value and capacitance value of C at the top of the CVT.
High-speed sampling signal
The inverter and sampling circuit inside the instrument are all digitally controlled, and the output voltage is continuously.
Multiple protection safe and reliable
The instrument has multiple protection measures such as input voltage fluctuation, high voltage current, output short circuit, power failure, overvoltage, over, and temperature, which ensure the safety and reliability of the instrument. The instrument also has the function of setting grounding detection to ensure that devices that are not grounded are not allowed operate and start testing. There is an alarm function when the power supply is incorrectly connected to 380V on site to protect the instrument from damage.
CVT in one step
This instrument can also test the medium loss and capacitance of C1 and C2 of the fully sealed CVT (capacitive voltage transformer), achieving testing of C1 and C2. This instrument can also test the CVT transformation ratio and voltage angle difference.
LCR fully automatic measurement
Fully automatic inductance capacitance, and resistance measurement, angle display.
Support Bluetooth data query
The instrument is equipped with a Bluetooth module and supports Bluetooth data transmission. The protocol meets theData and Communication Technology Specification for Digital Test Instruments of Electrical Equipment" of the State Grid.
